Water pump IN
Change
1. Flip over the cab DI

2. Discharge the coolant
3. Disassemble the water pump EG

a. Turn the tensioner and remove the driving belt.

b. Disassemble the fixing bolts of the water pump and ST
remove the water pump assembly.
Caution BR

Disassembly of the water pump shall be operated after
the coolant has cooled completely. BW

4. Check the water pump

a. Check whether there are serious corrosions in water pump housing and impeller, and it is necessary to
replace pump assembly if there are serious corrosions.

5. Install the water pump

a. Place the water pump in the installation position, install
the bolts and tighten them.
b. Install the driving belt.

6. Fill the coolant with the specified amount
