n. Install interlock steel balls (one) and install interlock

plug.
Torque: 57~75N•m DI
Caution

When installing the interlock plug, apply thread EG

locking glue to the threads.

o. Install ball and reverse gear switch.
Torque: 34~39N•m AX
Caution
When installing reverse gear switch, apply thread FR
locking glue to the threads.

7. Assemble the top cover of gear shifter control BR
mechanism

a. Install the shift lever, rotate the shift lever and push it BW
in slowly. Install the spring and shift knob during
pushing.

Caution

Follow the markings made during disassembly to

assemble.

b. Install the shift shaft in place and install the dowel pin.
Caution

Pins should be installed from outside to inside to
prevent internal damage.

c. Install the limit spring and limit ball, install the return

push rod, and install it in place.

Caution

First, use the tool to press the limit ball and push the
push rod from the outside. When the push rod is
pushed to the upper side of the steel ball, remove the
tool and push the push rod forward until the limit ball

enters into the groove of push rod.
