8. Install the transmission control mechanism AX

a. Install self-locking spring and self-locking ball.
b. Install the transmission cover assembly, install the FR
fixing bolts and fasten them.
Torque: 19~25N•m ST
Caution

Remove the old sealant or gasket on the cover and BR
apply sealant over evenly.

c. Install the transmission control cover assembly.
Caution
• Remove the old sealant or gasket on the transmission
control cover and apply sealant over evenly.

• Confirm that the fork is in place.

d. Install the screws and nuts of transmission control
cover and tighten them.
Torque: 33~42N•m

Caution
Apply thread locking glue to the bolts.

9. Fill the transmission gear oil
