d. Check the wear of shift fork shaft. BR
Standard value: 16mm

6. Assemble the upper cover of gear shifter control
mechanism

a. Install the 5th and 6th gear shift conversion

mechanism.
Torque: 57~75N•m

Caution

When installing nuts, use a tool to push on the other

end of the bolt for easy removal.

b. Install reverse idler shaft, reverse gear knob and fork,

and install the block cover.

Caution

Before installation, parts such as shaft, knob, and fork
need to be thoroughly cleaned.
