WARRANTY POLICY & PROCEDURES MANUAL

               1. FOTON WARRANTY STATEMENT

For Foton Passenger & Light Commercial Vehicles FOTON guarantees as a manufacturer that its
products are free from defects in material and workmanship.

Should a warrantable defect occur, dealer(s) must carry out warranty services in accordance with
FOTON warranty policies and procedures in order to achieve and maintain customer satisfaction and to
               enhance the brand image.

               1.1 FOTON Obligations

FOTON warrants to the dealers that FOTON will reimburse the dealers for repair and replacement of
any parts of vehicles supplied by FOTON New Zealand that are found to be defective in material or
workmanship under the stated provisions of the limited warranties, under normal use and maintenance.

FOTON also expects Dealers to provide warranty service to any visiting customer (subject to the
provisions stipulated in Section 6). FOTON will provide Dealers with the required guidance and advisory
               materials required.

               1.2 Dealer Obligations

The Dealer is responsible for inspection at delivery; the Pre-Delivery service is to be carried out within
seven (7) days of receipt of the vehicle. Vehicles should be stored on a hard surface and undercover; if
vehicles are stored outside they should not be parked under trees or overhead lines. Non-conformity
warranty claims must be submitted within the Pre-Delivery period to avoid rejection of claims.

The Pre-Delivery inspection sheet must be signed by the person carrying out the inspection and the
Service Manager. The inspection sheet should be attached to the Repair Order.

The correct procedures for battery charging are to be followed in order for warranty claims to be
               credited.

 PLEASE NOTE: Transit damage MUST be claimed within 24-hours from receipt of vehicle.

On delivery of the vehicle to the customer, the Dealer is required to ensure the correct FOTON User
Manual and Warranty and Service Information Booklet are supplied. The Warranty Start Date is required
to be updated in both the Warranty and Service Information Booklet and Foton Sales Portal (Profiling of
sold vehicle). The Warranty Start Date is the date the vehicle was first registered, even when the vehicle
is registered as a dealer demonstrator or service loan vehicle.

               Warranty START Date:

 This is the date of first registration of the vehicle
 Date of registration of a demonstration/service loan vehicle

               Warranty END Date:

 The warranty will expire at midnight the date before the warranty start date, three years after
the warranty start date. For example, Warranty Start Date 10/12/2016 (dd/mm/yyyy) identifies
                      a Warranty End Date 09/12/2019. (dd/mm/yyyy)

This Warranty commences on the Date of Sale of a new vehicle (demonstrators/service loan vehicles
included) and continues for a period of thirty-six (36) months/100,000kms whichever occurs first.
