4 . Use the oil pressure switch sleeve to
unscrew the oil pressure switch.

5 . The oil pressure switch check:

• The following are simple methods of check oil pressure switch. If professional
equipment is available, other check methods can be used.

(a) The multimeter goes to Ohm gear. Connect
multimeters to the oil pressure switch housing
and the patch terminal respectively. If the
multimeter display numbers(any zero), it
indicates that the oil pressure switch is in the
conduction state, otherwise the oil pressure
switch is faulty.
(b) The multimeter goes to Ohm gear. Use a
simple presser to pressurize the oil pressure
switch housing threaded hole. Connect
multimeters to the housing and the patch
terminal respectively. If the multimeter display
a infinite numbers, it indicates that the oil
pressure switch is short-circuit, otherwise the
oil pressure switch is faulty.
(c) If the above two steps are passed, it is
considered that the oil pressure switch is
qualified. Otherwise replaced it if there is any
fault.

6 . Tighten the oil pressure switch with the
oil pressure switch sleeve.

NOTICE

• When installing the oil pressure switch,
apply the thread glue at the second or third
thread of the oil pressure switch.
