(c) Disconnect connector D018 of yaw rate sensor (yaw velocity sensor ).
(d) Connect the battery negative cable.
(e) Ignition switch: ON.

(f) Use a multimeter to measure the voltage
between the pin 4 of yaw rate sensor (yaw

velocity sensor ) connector D018 and the
ground.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 4.
NO> Repair or replace harness or connector.

4 . Check yaw rate sensor (yaw velocity sensor ) harness.
(a) Ignition switch: OFF.
(b) Disconnect the battery negative cable.
(c) Disconnect connector A006 of ABS/ESP.
(d) Disconnect connector D018 of yaw rate sensor (yaw velocity sensor ).

(e) Use a multimeter to measure the resistance
between the pin 1 of yaw rate sensor (yaw
velocity sensor ) connector D018 and the
ground.
