SENIOR CITIZENS TREATED TO LUNCHEON
For the past few years, Janice Nunn-Nelson has hosted a talent program for senior citizens who were once very active in the field of music in various church choirs or as soloists. They are invited to share their talents at a musical for seniors. The event is normally held in the Spring, followed by a luncheon. This year, the talent show was held, but the luncheon was post- poned. Evangelist Nunn-Nelson hosted the luncheon last month at Big John’s Bar-B-Que Restaurant. Those in attendance in- cluded from left: Rebecca Evans, Alice C. Holley, John Singleton, Julia Lattimore, Mamie Williams Thompson, Eugene Murphy, Bessie Murphy, and Floyd Michael Coker. Kathy Henry and Janice Nunn-Nelson are in the rear. (Photograph by Frederick Harris)
