The application process is placed on Facebook or
can be received via e-mail. Once all the applica-
tions are sorted and labeled, then the shopping
process begins.

Most of the funding comes from lunch plates that Eric sales every Friday starting in March and going through
December. This year he incorporated the sale of frozen dinners. He cooks, prepares the meal and freezes
them and all you do is thaw them out and place them in the microwave. No cooking involved.
