               with together with the “Kelipot” \ the “Forces of Defilement,” as .
is written in our holy books and as is quoted by the Vilna Gaon
               in his commentary on Mishle. But if this person is righteous and תַאָנוֹאְבּ ?"
               does not follow the advice of evil people and never associates ,וֹל רַמאֹי לַא ,הָבוּשְׁתּ לַעַבּ הָיָה םִא ?
with scoffers, then necessarily all of his actions and all of his
               conversation will be just without any deficiencies. This person הָיָה םִא .'
               is worthy to bond to Hashem’s Torah and study it day and night.
This is what the pasuk states (Tehilim 1:2) “and he toils in His
               Torah day and night.” He will not waste even a single minute
because every single word of Torah that he will speak becomes
               very exalted and more precious than the finest refined gold.
of this is because this person was careful about every word that
came out of his mouth and did not ruin it so that it became flawed.
               This person is like (Tehilim 1:3) “A deeply rooted tree next to a וֹבּ ןיֵאְו ,"ךֶָתיִמֲע" לַלְכִּמ אֵצוֹי אוּה ,דיִזֵמְבּ רֵבוֹעְו ,הֶזִּמ

Sefer Tehilim will befall him. And the words the pasuk end
with (Tehilim 1:4) “Not so the wicked, they are like the chaff
               that is blown by the wind,” referring to evil people and scoffers ,ויָנָבּ תֶא רֵבּקְַמ הָיָהֶשׁ וֹא ,ויָלָע םיִאָבּ םירִוּסִּי וּיָה םִא
who busy themselves constantly with empty words and mockery
               even though at times they intermingle words of Torah into their :)'ז-'ו 'ד בוֹיִּא( בוֹיִּאְל וירֵָבֲח וֹל וּרְמָאֶשׁ ךְרֶדְֶכּ ,וֹל רַמאֹי לַא
               mockery, these words are considered as being “chaff.”
the pasuk concludes (Tehilim 1:5) “Therefore the wicked will not
               emerge victorious,” meaning that tiny amount of Torah that is
               mixed in with their conversation will have no strength of sanctity ,וֹבּ ַעדֵוֹיְו ,הָאוּבְתּ רֵכוֹמ אוּהֶשׁ ,יִנוֹלְפּ לֶצֵא וּכְל ,רַמאֹי
to advocate for them at their moment of Judgment.
