               3.8  Looking after clients

               Any organisation do business just for clients. So simply to say – No Clients No Business.
               An  important  skill for any  organisation  is  to  attract  their  clients.  This  can  be  done
               before, during or after providing the product/service to the client.

               Clients always expect a good product/service. It is essential for any organisation to
               make the client feel:

               •  welcome
               •  important
               •  know their needs
               •  confident
               •  comfortable
