13) other documentation that may be relevant to the flight or required
by States affected by the flight.
b. Notwithstanding subparagraph (a), on flights:
1) which are intended to take off and land at the same aerodrome/
operating site
or
2) which remain within a distance or area prescribed by the competent
authority, the documents and information specified in subparagraphs
(a)(2) to (a)(8) may be retained at the aerodrome or operating site
6.3.5 Flight crew certification
11.1 The commander shall ensure that the flight crew has and carries:
- valid certificates
and
- photo identification
so that it can be seen that it is the owner of the certificate.
11.2 When you as a pilot carry out VFR flights, you must carry your
- PPL certificate
- Documentation for extension of rights
- Radio certificate with valid language level endorsement
- Valid medical certificate
- Personal logbook, which can document the requirement of 3 take-offs
and landings within 90 days (if VFR night: one of the landings must be
carried out at night)
6.3.5.1 Performance of duty – requirements for the crew
No one may perform or attempt to perform duty on an aircraft if the person
concerned has a blood alcohol concentration of 0.20 ‰ or more.
