time  service,  website  functionality  and  quality  of  food  delivered  is  a  concern  to
          consumers’ comments toward online food delivery services.  This study has been
          decided  to  choose  390  respondents  from  Subang  Jaya,  Selangor.  All  those  390
          respondents who are already used the service. As the methodology of this study,
          the  researches  agreed  to  use  quantitative  and  choosing  to  distribute  the
          questionnaire. All the collected data will be running into SPSS Statistical Analysis
          Software  to  get  validate and reliable  result  of  data.  In  the end,  the  result  clearly
          shows that there is a moderate positive relationship between delivery time service,
          website functionality and food quality delivered with consumers’ comments toward
          online  food  delivery  services  respectively.  Furthermore,  it  is  also  shown  that  the
          characteristic of  each  independent  variable is  very  strong enough  to  give impact
          and affected the dependent variable. Hence, the researchers also definitely find this
          result of the study as useful finding and reference in the others future research.

          The  emergence  of  the  covid-19  pandemic  has  impacted  the  landscape  of
          Technical  and  Vocational  Education  and  Training  (TVET)  learning  process.
          Transition from teaching and learning “in person” towards online course delivery
          learning has taken place in this situation. Various mediums are used to empower
          delivery methods and therefore, purpose of this study is to promote the Experiential
          Learning  Theory  by  David  Kolb  to  optimize  the  learning  outcome.  This  study
          discusses  how  the  experiential  learning  cycle  support  teaching  and  learning
          activities environment during pandemic. The method used by constructing learning
          sequence begins with the concrete experience that  is the basis for observations
          and  reflections.  The  reflections  and  observations  then  lead  to  abstract  concepts
          that  create  a  new  idea  and  thinking.  The  new  thinking  promotes  active
          experimentation that applies the new learning and serves as a guide in creating
          new experiences. Thus, a self- regulated learning theory by Zimmerman could be a
          predictor  that  encourages  students  to  manage  their  own  learning  activities  and
          gain  better  academic  achievement  in  the  new  learning  environment  towards  the
          Industrial Revolution 4.0
