   4- Participate in formulating and implementing the
       company's business strategy.

   5- Set quality standards for all raw and final products in
       every process including product weight / size /
       expiration / handling / storage / cooking.

   6- Supporting customer loyalty and customer
       satisfaction policies.

   7- Set quality continuous improvement plan for all raw /
       pre-cooked and final products with quality
       measurement indicators.

   8- Establish all prerequisites of (HACCP –SYSTEM)
       for all sectors.

   9- Assure the quality of supplier’s operations / process /
       handling and delivery methods.

   10- Assure the quality of final products by inspecting
       warehousing, handling, cooking, and packaging
       methods.

   11- Tabulate customer complaints and analyze it for
       improving product's quality.

   12- Coordinating with governmental agencies and
       authorities in all health and products quality related
       issues.
