8. Report any products deficiencies either raw or final to
quality assurance department using product complain
form.

 The main stores product complaints from 1/4/2008 till
31/12/2008 (came from stores to quality assurance
department) are:
1. Foreign body/ soils (small bone, hair, plastic and
metal)
2. Some pieces not well marinated and coated
3. weight and thickness of the pieces not in range
4. cutting and color not regular
5. packaging problems
