5. kitchen garbage cans are not clean and covered
6. food thermometer isn’t used and accurate
7. vegetables are not double washed and sanitized (
sanitizer not available )
8. Bain-Marie and Hot-holding cabinet temp./ times are
not followed correctly
9. Staff not washing ,sanitizing, their hands, every 30 Min,
correctly ( hand sanitizer not available)
10.health certificates for some staff not available and valid
11.Some fire extinguishers not valid, and all types not
available
12.Towels color codes has not been followed at all work
stations
13.Some chemicals inside store are not approved from
mother company
