      There are many quality records used in quality
department to organize work such as quality manual, audit
reports, training documents, work instructions, standard
operating procedures, complains records, corrective action
records, quality cost report, supplier performance records,
calibration forms, tests, inspection reports, specifications and
quality management review report.
