The Gezi resistance and the popular uprising it gave rise to was
          also reviewed, with pleasure.

               The festivities went on until 5 pm, and the Tatavla and Koca-
          mustafapasa forums took part, as did the Revolutionary Muslims,
          the TAYAD Families, the Youth Federation and the resisting

          Beltas workers.

               The Kazova Workers Made Their Voices Heard In Sisli

               As they have been doing every week, the Kazova workers gath-
          ered in front of Sisli mosque on Wednesday 23 October for a
          march and the reading of a press statement. At 1 pm they put on
          their smocks and started to march after opening a banner with
          the inscription “POWER COMES FROM PRODUCTION – WE

          PRODUCE  FOR  OURSELVES  –  RESISTING  KAZOVA
          WORKERS’ COUNCIL”. They came in front of the factory,
          chanting the slogans “We are workers, we are right, we will win,
          we don’t want charity, we want our rights, we will not allow Umit
          Somuncu to take away our rights” and they were applauded by
          workers in the vicinity. Here they issued a press statement.

               “This resistance is a struggle for honour, bread and justice.
          All the working class wins when this resistance wins. If we succeed,

          parasitical bosses who exploit is will not so easily take our rights
          away after this,” it said. After reading the statement they ended
          the action with the shouting of slogans.

               Wednesday Action In Sisli By Kazova Textile Workers

               The resisting Kazova textile workers carried out an action on

          Wednesday 30 October. At one in the afternoon the workers came
