prepare production as a cooperative, the Kazova resistance, which
is a first in Turkey and in the entire world, continues to receive a
growing number of visitors. On Monday, 28 October 2013, Aus-
trian ORF television channel came. The television team filmed in
the factory under occupation and also interviewed the workers.

The television team were affected, both by the continuation
of the resistance as well as by the way they were going over to pro-
duction while at the same time engaging in cultural and artistic
activities.

The television crew reported that the WORKERS’ FESTI-
VAL would be taking place in the Kazova factory between 1 and
3 November, and the team wished success to the resisting workers

and left.

The television crew later said they would support the efforts
of the Kazova workers to establish a cooperative.

Kazova “Days Of Resistance” Film Festival

Day 1

The first day of the Days Of Resistance film festival took place

The first day of the film festival organised by the Kazova Re-
sistance culture and art committee began on Friday 1 November.

At 7 pm on 1 November a crowd gathered in front of Sisli
mosque and accompanied by the rhythms of the Sambistanbul
Rhythm Group, they marched to the resistance and occupation
factory down the side streets in Sisli and Bomonti, chanting the
slogans “Long live our Kazova resistance, we will win by resisting,
