        gether with them we have won.” Then Davut Celik from the DIH
        took the floor. He said, “Wherever you look in our country there
        is so much illegality, you see the same people, and our country has
        turned into a plantation for bosses. Yesterday 1,200 workers were
        fired in Antalya, The situation of the Punto leather workers is the

        same, every day the labour minister churns out new laws for the
        bosses but does not think of the workers at all. But there is no
        looting! We as the DIH, as the revolutionaries, will never allow
        it,” he said.

            Then Muzaffer Gezer made a speech on behalf of the Kazova
        culture and art commission. Gezer said they wished to be at the
        side of the workers, and gave information about new events that
        would be held. Concerts and a film show would take place in front

        of the factory, starting at 8 pm on 1 November, and the concert
        would finish at 9 in the evening on Sunday 3 November.

            The Kazova workers continue to be a model of resistance. The
        resistance teaches itself and the resisters are learning. As they
