struggle.
Did you do anything for Kazova?
Fatma Varici: I supported resistance from the start and fol-
lowed developments. Later on, when Kazova began working, I also
worked there.
Are you pleased by your working conditions?
Fatma Varici: I am pleased with Kazova. In a workplace with-
out bosses and exploitation you learn another method of produc-
tion and management. In this environment I can also see better
the cycle of work. I was able to see how, for the factory, production
is important in the market.
Is there anything you want to say in conclusion?
Fatma Varici: Our aim is to ensure for the people healthy,
good-quality and inexpensive goods. Perhaps we make sweaters
here, but the resistance and the form of work is a great example
for all of humanity. The daily mode of work in our factory is an
alternative to severe working conditions and I want this form of
work to reach the entire working class.
