1 chuck roast -- boneless
1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c wine
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp ginger
1 clove garlic -- minced
Select roast that is 1-1/2 to 2-inches thick.
Mix all ingredients. Pour over roast. Marinate 3 to 4 days, turning
roast over each morning and evening.
Grill or barbeque.
