Spaghetti Dish

8 ounces angel hair pasta -- cooked
1 tablespoon Brummel & Brown
2 egg whites
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 pound 4% fat, ground beef
1/2 jar Bertolli Vidalia Onion Pasta Sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese, part skim milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Cook
pasta in a saucepan with a large amount of boiling water until al dente.
Drain well. Return to saucepan and stir in Brummel & Brown, egg shites
and parmesan cheese. Press spaghetti mixture into bottom of prepared pan.
Spread cottage cheese over pasta.
Cook ground beef until meat is no longer pink. Drain off fat, if
necessary. Stir in pasta sauce, cook until hot. Pour over cottage
cheese. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over meat mixture. Bake for 25
minutes.
