Sautéed Cabbage

1 cabbage head
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons sugar
Slice cabbage finely, melt butter in frying pan. Add water, sugar and
cabbage. Cover and cook for 20-30 minutes until edges are turning brown.

NOTES : This is my dad's recipe. I make it the same way, but
reduce the butter or replace it with Brummel & Brown which
reduces the fat to just a trace per serving versus 6 grams
of fat with the butter.
