Party Potatoes

                 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

                 2 1/2         pounds  potatoes -- cooked
                 4             ounces  lowfat cream cheese
                    1/2           cup  half-and-half, fat free
                    1/2         stick  butter
                    1/2      teaspoon  onion salt
                    1/2      teaspoon  salt
                    1/2      teaspoon  pepper

               Beat softened cheese with cream in mixer. Add hot potatoes and blend well.

               Add butter and seasonings. Put in a casserole, brush top with butter and
               sprinkle with paprika. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
               I make this a day or 2 ahead and put in the refrig. I usually take it out
               of the refrig. an hour or so before putting in the oven. Hope you enjoy.
