After verifying his email address, “you will be receiving a Congratulatory email
containing an Offer Letter and further instructions about your appointment.”
“Thank you.”
“You’re welcome, Mr. Thomas. Please, do not hesitate to call me should you
have any question.”
“I sure will.”
“Again, congratulations, Mr. Thomas. And I look forward to seeing you
tomorrow.”
“Same here, Mrs. Carter. Thank you.”
Soon, his smartphone buzzes. He clicks on it, and it’s an email from Debra
Carter. As promised, the congratulatory email contains an Offer of Employment and
attachments with instructions and specific documents he needs to bring with him to
the orientation. Without delay, he types an email response on his smartphone.
INSERT – THE EMAIL MESSAGE, which reads:
"GOT YOUR EMAIL. I WILL REVIEW IT TONIGHT AND LOOK FORWARD
TO OUR MEETING TOMORROW AT 11 AM. THANK YOU.
