            CARMEN, 27, Latina, kind eyes, and wearing a simple cotton dress and pumps,
      leads the  way to  a corridor that  connects  to  a  conference room.  "This way, Mr.
      Thomas," she leads. About a hundred feet or so, they make it to a Conference Room.
      Inside the Conference Room, "would you like some refreshments ... Coffee, tea or
      sparkling water?"


            "Bottle of water will do."


            "You may sit here, Mr. Thomas --" signaling the top of the conference table.

            “Thank you, Carmen," and tactfully he moves the chair, so he could sit.


            “Mrs. Carter would like for you to review the binder.”

            “Sure.”


            “I'll be back with your bottle water," while she excuses herself.

            “Okay. Thank you, Carmen”


            “You’re welcome, Mr. Thomas.”

            Moments later: DEBRA CARTER, 41, trim, married, African-American mother

      of an eight-year-old daughter,  and wearing a  well-fitted black suit  over  a  purple
      blouse with appropriate heels to match, enters the room. “Mr. Thomas, it's nice to
      finally meet you.”


            Getting on his feet, “Likewise, Mrs. Carter.” The two shake hands. He waits for
      her to be seated; then takes his seat. Debra Carter's the Senior HR Director with
