Then, Mrs. McDaniel climbs down the stairs, and joins him. “-- Hello, Alonzo.
Welcome to our home.”
“Thank you, Connie, for seeing me on a short notice.”
“You are welcome, Alonzo. Please, be seated.”
He waits for her to sit and takes the chair across her. “Thank you.”
Mrs. Velez walks in -- carrying a Victorian Fine Borne China tea set.
Promptly, Alonzo stands on his feet, and assists Mrs. Velez with the China set.
He pours some tea into a cup. “Here you go, Connie,” he hands the cup and saucer to
Mrs. McDaniel.
“Thank you.”
