With a surprise look, “are you not staying for tea and biscuit?”
Mrs. Velez walks in -- carrying a Victorian Fine Borne China tea set with a
fresh pack of English biscuit. “You make me go through all these ...” stares him coyly
“... And you're not staying?”
“If it's alright I will take mine to go ...” acts contrite. “... If that's alright with
you, Mrs. Velez?”
“Of course. How about a travel tumbler for your tea?”
“That'll be fabulous. Thank you.”
“You got it. I'll be right back,” Mrs. Velez walks toward and disappears in the
kitchen.
“I hope the dinner was to your satisfaction,” Mrs. McDaniel chimes -- extends
her right hand.
