           ▪  Prepares briefing memos to inform fundraising strategies and equip staff
              for success in meetings and events.

           ▪  Contributes  to  the  development  and  implementation  of  strategies  to
              identify,  cultivate,  and  steward  foundation,  corporate  and  individual
              donors.

           ▪  Serves as the Development Department’s  primary liaison  with

              Communications Department.

           ▪  Manages annual solicitation mailings to individual donors and directors.

           ▪  Develops and manages tracking system for top donors and prospects.

           ▪  Helps design, implements and manages cultivation events and meetings.

           ▪  Works with colleagues to collect and curate Institutional success stories and

              accomplishments.

           ▪  Helps respond to requests from volunteers, executives, administrators and
              faculty  seeking assistance  in identifying and following  up  on  funding
              opportunities.


           Management of Annual Giving


           ▪  Creates and implements strategy to meet Annual Fund Drive financial goals.

           ▪  Collaborates  with  VCIA and appropriate  Marketing &  Public Relations

              (M&PR) staff to develop print/email marketing materials.

           ▪  Cultivates relationships and takes primary lead of major gift facilitation to
              support growth of Annual Giving goals.

           ▪  Provides donor prospect list to Chancellor and VCIA for cultivation of new
              donors.
