for Annual Giving Appeals.

Giving goals for Alumnae donors.
Supervision and Mentoring of Gala Manager
• Creates and implements strategy to meet annual Gala financial goals.
• Successful solicitation of community sponsorships.
• Successful solicitation of table hosts/organizers.
• Recruits parent volunteer leaders and committee members.
ADVANCEMENT SERVICES
Reporting directly to the Vice Chancellor for Institutional Advancement (VCIA),
the Director of Advancement Services has overall responsibility for creating a
robust and systematic advancement services program for managing and
maintaining donor and alumni records as well as supporting all fund
development activities. The Director will supervise staff and be responsible for
database management and data acquisition processes as well as creating a
sustainable data maintenance plan. This role is strategic, analytical and
proactive in developing an efficient and effective advancement services
program with the goal to support Stateside University’s mission to secure
private funds for the university.
The Director will function as a team player who serves as a collaborative,
consultative and well-organized leader with excellent interpersonal skills and
interactions with Advancement staff and all end-users. Using sound and
