           ▪  Oversees the staff responsible for day-to-day operations of gift processing
              to ensure timely and accurate donor acknowledgement; constituent data
              management;  database  accuracy and integrity, accuracy of  data
              segmentations and/or data pulls.



      MARKETING & PUBLIC RELATIONS
           Reporting directly to the Vice Chancellor for Institutional Advancement (VCIA),
           the  Director of Marketing &  Public Relations is  responsible  for managing
           Stateside  University's brand/image, developing  and implementing  an
           integrated marketing and communications  strategy, and serving as

           spokesperson for the university. The Director of Marketing & Public Relations
           is also responsible for all aspects of marketing and communications on behalf
           of  Stateside  University,  including  public  relations,  advertising,

           communications, and strategic planning.

           Responsibilities:

           ▪  Develops,  implements,  and  oversees  a  strategic  plan  for  improving  and
              enhancing Stateside University’s branding strategy and marketing plan.

           ▪  Develops and executes a  comprehensive marketing and communications

              strategy in collaboration  with  Enrollment  Management Team, and other
              units within the university.

           ▪  Directs promotion, advertising, marketing, public relations, and marketing-

              related materials (online and print) for all areas of the university.

           ▪  Attends quarterly Board of Directors’ meetings; advises the administration
              and board on marketing goals and initiatives as needed.

           ▪  Participates in the development and update of the university webpage.
