▪ Manages and monitors the department's budget.
▪ Supervises marketing, print shop, and mailroom staff.
▪ Manages vendors and/or consultants on specific projects.

and other university committees as needed, and serve as the university PIO.

University and its Constituents to include the Parish/County delegation, the
Governor's office, state and local workforce officials, City Chamber of
Commerce officials, and city and parish leaders.
▪ Develops a press release for distribution to local, statewide, regional and
national media.
▪ Develops a lead article for SU's electronic newsletter.
▪ Prominently post story to SU's website.
▪ Post to social media channels: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn.
