E. Sign vouchers with the Tamiouchos and execute vouchers within the
limits of chapter policy, as incorporated in the annual budget.

F. Countersign checks with the Tamiouchos.

G. Serve as an ex-officio member of all committees except the
Nominating Committee.

H. Serve as a member of Board of Directors of the Ivy Educational and
Charitable Foundation of Houston, Incorporated.
I. Plan and conduct an orientation for delegates to the Regional
Conferences and to the Boules.

K. Section 2.1. The ANTI-BASILEUS OF PROGRAMS shall:

A. Assist the Basileus in the performance of her duties.

B. Assume the duties of the Basileus in her absence.

C. Serve as chairperson of the Program Planning Committee.

D. Serve as ex-officio member of all committees except the Nominating
Committee.

E. Serve as a member of Board of Directors of the Ivy Educational and
Charitable Foundation of Houston, Incorporated.

F. Become Basileus for the unexpired term of a Soror who resigns or
dies in office. Filling an unexpired term does not preclude her from
serving as Basileus for the maximum number of elected terms. A
new Anti-Basileus shall be elected at the next regular meeting.

G. Has equal authority with the Anti-
