Section 2.2. The ANTI-BASILEUS OF OPERATIONS shall:

A. Assist the Basileus in the performance of her duties.

B. Assume the duties of the Basileus and Anti-Basileus of Programs in
their absence.

C. Serve as Chairman of the Operations Committee, which shall be
comprised of the chairmen of all operational committees and shall
be a standing committee.

D. Maintain the calendar of chapter committee meetings and events.

E. Assume responsibility for assembling, storing, and getting chapter
properties to designated places as needed for rituals or ceremonies,
such as membership intake, Ivies Beyond the Wall, Founders’ Day,
and other special chapter activities.

F. Serve as ex-officio member of all committees except the Nominating
Committee.

G. Serve as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ivy Educational
and Charitable Foundation of Houston, Incorporated.

H. Has equal authority with the Anti-Basileus of Programs.

Section 3. The GRAMMATEUS shall:

A. Record the proceedings of all regular and call meetings. Compile
such proceedings in the official, bound record book.

B. Notify officers, committees and delegates of their election or
appointment if they were absent from the meeting at which action
was taken. Furnish committees with materials referred to them.
