C. Attend all meetings and activities of the undergraduate chapter for
which she is the advisor.
D. Work in cooperation with the Undergraduate Liaison

Committee and campus advisor.

Section 15. The HISTORIAN shall:

A. Record the contributions, recognitions, achievements, travel, and
other noteworthy activities of Alpha Kappa Omega Chapter and of
individual Sorors.

B. Keep the history of Alpha Kappa Omega Chapter current.

Section 16. The PARLIAMENTARIAN shall:

A. Assist the presiding officer in the interpretation of the bylaws of
Alpha Kappa Omega Chapter and of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority,
Incorporated.

B. Serve as chairperson of the Bylaws Committee.

C. Serve as a member of Board of Directors of the Ivy Educational and
Charitable Foundation of Houston, Incorporated.

Section 17. The MEMBERS-AT-LARGE shall:

A. Attend meetings of the Executive Committee.

B. Solicit the concerns of the membership and present them to the
Executive Committee.

Section 18. It shall be the duty of each officer to deliver to her successor
all files, supplies and other materials in her possession by the January
