C. Keep a copy of the bylaws.

D. Immediately after completion of an election, maintain all election
ballots for a period of 12 months prior to destroying them.

E. Call the meeting to order in the absence of the Basileus and Anti-
Basileus. Preside over the election of a temporary officer.

F. Serve as a member of the Bylaws and Membership committees.

G. Serve as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ivy
Educational and Charitable Foundation of Houston, Inc.

Section 4. The ANTI-GRAMMATEUS shall:

A. Serve in the absence of the Grammateus.

B. Assist the Grammateus in the performance of her duties.

C. Record the minutes of the Executive Committee meetings and
present recommendations of the Executive Committee to the body
at regular chapter meetings.

D. Keep a record of attendance.

Section 5. The EPISTOLEUS shall:

A. Send and receive the general correspondence of the chapter as
directed by the Basileus.

B. Prepare and send the chapter newsletter and notice of all
meetings to each Soror of the chapter.

Section 6. The ANTI-EPISTOLEUS shall:

A. Assist the Epistoleus in the performance of her duties.
