The Sisterly Relations Committee shall be responsible for activities
designed to encourage and enhance sisterly relations for chapter
members.

ARTICLE VII: MEETING

Section 1. The meetings of Alpha Kappa Omega Chapter shall be
held on the third Saturday of each month from September through June.

Section 2.

A. The Basileus shall be required to call a meeting of the chapter upon
presentation of a petition with the signatures of one-fourth of the
active membership.

B. Members must be notified at least 10 days prior to the meeting,
counting all calendar days, including holidays and weekends;
excluding the day of the meeting, but including the day of the
mailing.

Section 3. There shall be at least two joint meetings of Alpha Kappa
Omega Chapter and the undergraduate chapters it sponsors during the
year. The main purpose of these meetings shall be social in order to
increase fellowship and better understanding. Only business of joint
interest, such as programs of civic and social importance, may be
discussed and voted upon at these meetings. Such meetings shall be
presided over alternately by the Basileus of each chapter and attended
by the active members of the chapters.

Section 4. A quorum is required for all business meetings of the
chapter. This quorum shall consist of four (4) members of the Executive
Committee and one-fourth (1/4) of the active membership.

Section 5. Committee meetings may be held electronically by
telephone or other electronic methods which allow for all members to at
least hear each other and participate. Electronic meetings of committees
