SECURING YOUR PC

Most of our users leave their PCs wide open for anyone to access when they
walk away. Please use the following steps for your PC to automatically lock
when unattended:
1. To get started, right-click on your desktop, and click “Personalize” to open
the personalization settings dialog.

2. Click Screen Saver under the themes to change your
screensaver settings.

3. Enter the number of minutes you want to wait before your screensaver
starts, then click Ok to save your settings.

So then, when you’re away from your PC it will automatically lock after however many minutes you set
it for. When you get back to your desk, you will need to move the mouse or press a key to see the nor-
mal login screen instead of your desktop.
