The “Camlock Coupler” specifically refers to the female portion of the Camlock coupling assembly.
The “coupler” slips over the “adapter” and locks into place as a pair of cam arms are pulled closed.
There is a gasket inside the coupler against which the face of the adapter is pulled to make the seal.
NOTES:
1. These couplers are normally used on hose ends where hose are being coupled with conveyor lines.
2. For blender load applications, specify couplers with elbows so hoses do not kink.
