4.  The Search Results will display rows of submissions for patients with Notification/Prior
                       Auth #s. Under Case Status, hit Click here for more details in the correct row for the
                       patient.








                   5.  On the Notification/Prior Authorization Outpatient Case/Status Update page, the Case
                       Details section will show if the Case Status is still Open (decision pending completion)
                       or Closed (“Case was managed and is now complete”).











                   6.  The Procedure Details box will outline Coverage Status, Expected Start/End Dates,
                       and Total visits approved.













                   7.  Update the Authorization Log and the patient’s WebPT chart to reflect authorization.
                          a.  When the faxed authorization arrives, upload it to the patient’s eDocs and save
                              as previously outlined.
