6. With the kiosk code that was generated still displayed on the laptop, open Safari on the
iPad and click the WebPT Outcome icon from the Favorites screen.

7. Enter the kiosk code from the laptop in the PIN box and hit Continue.

8. Once the outcome measure has loaded, click the small square and arrow icon in the
top right.
9. Scroll to Add to Home Screen and select.
10. Rename as the patient’s initials and indicate appointment type as eval / follow up /
discharge (i.e. “JS eval,” “JS f/u,” or “JS d/c” as appropriate)
11. Click Add and the icon box and name will appear on the page.
12. To move the box to the iPad’s home screen, touch and hold the icon box until it wiggles
and slide to the left edge of the screen. Boxes can also be rearranged this way.
13. After the patient has completed the outcome, it will show as “Staged” in their WebPT
Records and should be deleted from the iPad to avoid any confusion. To delete, press
and hold the icon until all icon boxes wiggle and show a tiny “x” on the top left corner of
each icon box. Click the “x” and then Delete to remove from the home screen. Click the
home button on the iPad after the box has been deleted.
