9.3.6. DI provided lodging is for unaccompanied candidates, any fees for guests will be
incurred by the candidate.

9.3.7. Male candidates will share lodging with male co-workers and female candidates
with female co-workers.

9.3.8. Any lodging service complaints or failures will be addressed by the Director of
DIDC for corrective action.

9.3.9. Candidates cannot stay in DI housing beyond their period of training unless
approved by their specific program.
9.3.10. Violations of company regulations will be subject to corrective action up to and
including termination.
9.4. Transportation Services

9.4.1. On-call hotel shuttle services to Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) airport, medical
providers, dining, shopping, and DI facilities are provided within 10 miles of
hotel between the hours of 6:00 am and 9:00 pm. Such service is available for all
DI staff, DI suppliers working at the facility, and each candidate.

9.4.2. In addition to on-call shuttle service, the lodging provider provides once daily,
each weekday (Monday – Friday):

9.4.2.1. A shuttle to DI’s Facility at 13500 Heritage Parkway, Fort Worth 76117
(alliance airport area). The shuttle is scheduled to arrive at this location as
needed each day.

9.4.2.2. DI Approved (CAC) issuing facilities. The shuttle is scheduled to arrive at
this location as needed each day.

9.4.2.3. Capacity of the shuttle(s) daily is up to 24 candidates. Expected on-site at the
DI facilities ranges from 30 minutes to 3 hours, and is generally dependent
on the number of candidates on the shuttle.

9.4.3. OCONUS - Transportation from airport to hotel (when arriving from Dubai) will
be provided by hotel shuttle.
9.4.4. OCONUS - Transportation from the hotel to airport (when deploying to Dubai)
will be provided by the hotel shuttle.
