indication there is a rise in religious activities either personally or formally with
their institutions. Religiosity is also used as an personal approach through the

crisis periode. With religious values, the subject puts hope on the return of the

organization's glory. The level of work stress which is more varied than

religiosity indicates the existence of external factors that have a role beside
religiosity. The economic needs of forest villagers can have an impact on

increasing the disturbances of forest sustainability. This can be predicted when

there is an increase in economic needs at certain times, but sometimes it happens

                        suddenly.

                                                          Discussion
This study aims to examine the role of job insecurity on work stress

moderated by religiosity. The results showed that there was no role of

moderation of religiosity in relationship between job insecurity and work stress

                        (p = 0,738; p> 0,05). The requirement condition of the moderator variable

according to Baron and Kenny (1986) ie which said that a moderator variable
could be said as moderator when it can weaken or strengthen the affect of

independent variable to dependent variable was not proven, because there is no

effect to the effective contribution from testing stage; the role of religiosity as a

moderator is not significant. The results of this study indicate a difference with

the research conducted by Safaria (2011) which suggests that the role of
religiousity coping is able to moderate job insecurity toward work stress.

The moderator variable associated with the criteria and / or predictors

but do not interact with the predictors, then the variable can be said as

intervening, exogenous, antecedent, or predictor variables (Sharma, Durrand,
Gur-Arie, 1981). Religiosity in this study is not proven as a moderator for job

insecurity toward work stress, but has a direct affect to the work stress

significantly (B = -0.385; p <0,01). Based on the opinion of Sharma, et al (1981),

religiosity is able to be a predictor variable to work stress.
