The result of heteroscedasticity test shows p> 0,05 so can be concluded that
there is no heteroskedastisitas data.

5. Correlation Test

Correlation test results show the relationship between job insecurity variable

and work stress variable (r = 0,478; p <0,01). Relation of variable religiosity and
work stress shows no significant relationship (r = -0.385; p <0,01). The

relationship between job insecurity variables and religiosity indicates a

significant relationship (r = -0.291; p <0.01). There is a significant relationship

among the three variables of this research). The correlation results can be seen in

the following table:

Moderator analysis is carried out by the method proposed by Baron and Kenny

From the table above can be explained how the regression stages are

done. In the first stage, job insecurity was regressed into stress work. The results
