show that job insecurity has a significant role in predicting work stress (B =
.0,478; p <0.01) with 22.9% predictor contribution. The second stage included the

religiosity variable into the calculation. There was an effective contribution

increase of 6.6%, from 22.9% to 29.5% with significant roles of each variable, job

                        insecurity variable has B = 0.400 (p <0.01), religiosity variable has B = -0.269 ( p
<0.01). The third stage was including the interaction between job insecurity and

religiosity to determine the effect of moderation variable. The result shows that

there is no increase in effective contribution and no moderator effect in

interaction between job insecurity and religiosity (p> 0,05). So it can be concluded

that hypothesis of the research which mentions religiosity is able to be the
moderator in relationship between job insecurity and work stress is not proven.

Researcher then sees the direct effect of religiosity to work stress. The

results show religiosity has a significant role on work stress (B = -0.385; p <0.01)

and has an effective contribution of 14.8% in predicting work stress. So

researcher concludes that religiosity as a pure independent variable in this study.
The result of supplementary analysis showed that there are no

differences work stress on different workplace (F = 2,183; p> 0,05), job insecurity

                        (F = 1,051, p> 0,05), and religiosity (F =. 0.167; p> 0.05). Differences in the age level

of the subjects showed no significant difference between the age level and work

stress (F = 0.409; p> 0.05), the average value of the greatest work stress was in
employees under the age of 40 with a value of 54.25. Employees aged 40-50 years

have an average value of 52.36, while employees over 50 years have an average

                        work stress score at 53.83.

The results of interviews with the employees superiors obtained
information that the organization where the subjects are working is facing

financial crisis and forest resources decline. The crisis that faced brought changes

in the values of the subject's life, especially religiosity. Religiosity is used as a

source of motivation and capital resources from within itself to deal with the
work risk. Religiosity of subjects in the recent years tends to increase with
