PH / TEMPERATURE METER

The PH meter is designed to measure pH and
temperature values of fluids at water depths down to
3000 metres. This tool is capable of displaying values
on the subsea display and can simultaneously transmit
the values via RS232 signal to the surface.
The deck box and software provided with the system enables these signals
to be interpreted and logged. The PH meter has a long nose design for
easy access to unreachable areas. The tool also has built-in rechargeable
batteries that power the electronics system for more than 10 hours of
constant usage.
A stainless steel pressure vessel, which is rated to 3000 metres, contains the
circuit boards and batteries that power the system. A display at the back of
the probe shows the temperature and pH level readings. The display is light
activated when the system is on battery power in order to reserve power Equipment Top View
usage. The long nose section of the assembly houses a high pressure pH
probe, a high pressure reference probe and a PT1000 temp probe.
