TRI-PRESSURE ISOLATION VALVE PANEL
The Isolation Valve Panel (IVP) compactly designed for
easy mounting to ROV. The IVP has four ROV operable
valves mounted on its front side to select any 3
different output pressures. Each output ports can also
be independently selected via the front mounted valve.
The IVP is designed to deliver 3 different output pressures 3000psi, 5000psi
and 10,000psi to 3 different output ports (A, B and C) and dependant on
what ROV operable valve combination has been selected. The panel is
designed to be hydraulically supplied by an injection skid (such as the
Fugro Fluid Injection) that can deliver a pressure of 5000psi.
Panel Side View & Valve Paddle Tool
Each output port can be selected independently of the other and so provide
the ability to individually test any subsea valve component. Output ports A
and B provide bi-directional flow via a directional control valve and are set
to deliver a maximum pressure of 3000 psi. Output port C is designed to
provide one directional flow and can be configured to output pressures of
either 5000 psi or 10,000psi.
A pressure gauge connected to port C provides additional visual feedback
of the pressure. The pressure output can be datalogged via the transducers
housed mounted in a pressure compensated bottle. A valve paddle tool
is provided with the IVP that can be held in the ROV manipulator jaws and
used as an aid to turn the valve paddles on the front panel.
