the cursed son did not settle in Africa. He became the

father of the Canaanites and settled in what is today,
Israel. Because of the curse upon Canaan and thus his
descendants, his land was given to Abraham and his

            descendants – the Israelites.

Fact – Black people cannot be racist: This is a long-held
belief that is underpinned by the fact that black people,

for the most part, do not hold institutional power. Thus,
they are not in a position to enforce policies that are

discriminatory. According to this principle, racism can
be defined as a power structure that allows one group to

enforce their system of prejudices against people of a
different so-called race based on their belief that their

own so-called race is superior. It is easy to see how this
fact can be accepted as truth, given the secular view of

racism that is obscured by a flawed sociological
definition of race, and given the long history of
economic, political, and academic power that was

            centralized among white people.

Truth – Black people can be racist: Contrary to this
belief, there are a number of black people who hold

power in various organizations and disciplines. There are
even those who make decisions regarding policies,

programs, promotions, hiring, advancement, etc., that
favor black people over other people groups. This is
