    A liar’s attitude is always different from a truthful person’s attitude

    A great example of attitude shining through the mist and of people giving away their true
feelings is contained in a press release put out by the Information Commissioner. The back-
ground was that a bunch of people had set themselves up as:

• Data Protection Registration Service;
• Data Registration Agency;
• etc.

They had been extracting money from mugs who thought they were dealing with the Informa-
tion Commissioner: this was a pretty clever and lucrative scam. The press release opened:
